Is it just me or is this card useless. Switching to a Gtx 980ti Solves every problem i have with performance. And my Cpu costs 20 bucks.

I heard that it's possible to build a vpn even without using any server you would pay for. Some say it's even more secure. How does someone learn to set up his own vpn ? Is it really easy for someone who knows networks to just set up a vpn and be invisible? how does that even work.
