With extra graphics card I mean a graphics card attached to the PCIe port, which is a GTX 750Ti. I was able to solve the problem by enabling the gpu in bios which WAS STILL NOT RESET apparently. Video Output via onboard ports work again. Anyway, thanks for taking you time to post :)

Problem Solved: All the File Managers I used were the Problems. As I used the "Nemo" File Explorer, the files were moved at a normal speed. Thanks for taking you time anyway, the Advise with the DLG Tool Will most probably help me anyway in the future. :)

There is no ofgiciap Driver for my Mouse by gigabyte. I am forced to use the Default Microsoft one, plus there is no software from them to disable it, therefore I can't do this. The button has 3 preset Speeds which I can't modify, because they seem to be hardcoded and completely mouse-intern...

The problem is, that there is no Driver offered by Gigabyte, therefore I cant disable it, also that button works in linux too somehow. What do you mean with the Keyboard?

@spankmon I didnt feel like it helped, the input is still delayed, at least ingame @skittle I disable multicore rendering, but this didnt help, its still reacting slower than in Windows, it didnt change anything.

I unplugged the front usb ports completely from the board. Didnt help :(

I'm only using the back ports at all, because my Pc case is crap and the front ports of it don't work properly

I put the mouse in another USB Port. It feels like the mouse movement is getting recognized faster, but the keyboard and mouseclicks still seem to get recognized delayed, at least in csgo, the shots and movement seem to be delayed heavily. At least thanks for this partial Success :)
