Never heard of them. But when you pay that little for a PC, you're going to get a terrible PSU and probably one fan, so beware of it getting hot and rather noisy. Link didn't work for me.

What model is your GPU? Or is it some kind of sound card?

BF3 is fairly demanding. Might be the low end of medium settings to see frames in the high twenties and low thirties. Not a fan of AMD CPUs. Power hogs that aren't great at gaming. But at that price point, I don't think you can do any better. Just be sure to get a quality motherboard :D
