Under load it maxxed about 55, I haven't run any synthetic tests because the way I see it is if it can handle what I'd usually use it for then the oc is good. The thermal paste I'm using is arctic silver.

Just to be clear this isn't on-board audio and the sound card worked perfect on 7 the same day I decided to install 8.1, I also downloaded all the latest drivers before installing 8.1 and my sound card is fairly old now so doesn't get driver updates often.
