Monitors starting out ill probably go with 60hz or if i can find any other ones that are a lot better but cheaper

As seen in the title, I'm looking for a gpu that pairs good with the 4790k. This is my first build and I'm new to the pc world. I'm also looking into streaming my games, but I'm gonna wait till i get good first. lol
