    The numbers line up. 8,000 kwh @18 cents each is $1,500. Thats 16 kW that is easily doable on a 100 amp service. 10 computers pulling 1.4kw each would easily hit that number.     I had an intel motherboard with a couple bent pins. Got a couple back, but one broke off. Took a few minutes to realize that it disabled 2 of the 4 RAM slots on the board. (board won't post with RAM in those slots)

    Its a surface mount capacitor. (its probably not through the board, otherwise it wouldn't have broken off. They board may run, but may crash randomly. Its a cheap part, and with some skill, can be soldered back on, or replaced with another
