you could try the first ever bios for it, think its 801, I had major probs with the bios with this board and the ME firmware, sorted it by flashing 801, then 1504, then 2105. hope that helps.

I changed the paste on my ati cards and they dropped 9-11c, I used mx-4.

Does it boot for like 1-2 secs then turn off? then turn back on/off again after and after? If so Update the bios using the flash back method to the latest bios.

I'm thinking cheep psu, I had a cheep psu once, 650w 16amp rail...... granted it had 2 rails, but just terrible.... couldn't power any graphics card really.

if your hard-drive still has windows on it you don't have to reinstall windows (youtube and guides), there are tools to extract your windows key aswell so you don't have to buy a new key.

I have said motherboard (its not very good tbh), turn off the tpu and epu switches, the tpu switch is for overclocking, this will make the board to reboot then reboot, reboot reboot... it only stays on for a few seconds every time. if it still doesn't boot, reset cmos, re-seat the ram etc Sorry...

Yeah strip it then see if it posts, also take out the bios battery for 5-10min, and try it with no ram at all and see if it bleeps

I honestly wouldn't bother with a 1GB card, you will find a 7850 2GB on ebay for that price if you hold out, I got one 3 months ago for £92, Hell if you lived close to me I would sell you 1 of mine for £60 (boxed etc) I'm buying a 290x soon

A 650ti or 7790/7770 has no chance against a 7850, you really cant be serious lol, price wise/power usage/overclocking, its 7850 all the way.
