Why can't you verify it through Microsoft? They have a special line for activating Windows, it's free of charge, and all the times I tried it, it worked flawlessly.

I got 4770k with gtx1080, and arma 3 is unplayable on ultra, on high i get 50-60fps, but it lacks fluidity... and that's in 1080p.

You need to uninstall your previous graphics card's drivers, that's why you're seeing a problem.

I would recommend Windows re-installation... And then see what happens from there on You say you're having problems with your PC for a long time... It's going to take you around 30min to reinstall Windows 10. Grab a spare HDD, copy all your important data (that's if you only have 1 partition)...
