    are you running the 32 bit obs? if your OS is 64 bit, use the 64 bit OBS, it will run much faster. the 64 bit obs will be located in program files, NOT program files (x86)

    I have a HYPER t4 on an AMD ga 970a DS3 and it fits perfectly on my mobo. i think it should fit because the cooler stands higher than the motherboard and ram, so it just goes nicely on top of everything
