Had this cpu since 2012 but not sure if it's worth the upgrade. I only tend to play games, so I'm not sure if it's gonna be a big increase or worth the money I'll spend on them

Had this processor since late 2012 and has worked like a charm the whole time but now I think it's time it was upgraded. I'm just stumped on whether to get an 8400 or a 1600. I'm not much of a content creator and tend to just play games. Honestly don't know at this point. Plus I will have to buy...
