Which core voltage would I need to update in the bios?

Its just strange, because I've never run that power mode before, just high performance. I have a 850w plat rating PSU. Ill try installing the motherboard drivers right now manually

Is there a way to fix that? I'll check if it records the same voltage under BIOS Edit: Bios shows 12.229 V under +12V

Well, I performed a fresh install of windows 11 (which delete everything other than the OS) and the problem is there unfortunately!

How can I check that all cores and threads are running at optimal speeds? Also I don't know that much about tech to launch linux off usb! But I can try!

Quick scan showed nothing, same with malwarebytes. Just did a fresh install of windows 11, still doing the same thing.
