Okay so after reinstalling windows and downloading and testing, the problem has fixed itself. Literally no idea what it was cause I feel I tried everything. Thank you to anyone that helped me out or at least tried to in fixing my pc.

Yeah I did that towards the beginning of my trouble shooting. Think it had more to do with one of the motherboard drivers.

Yeah I've been trying to figure this out for like a week now. Don't understand what it is, so I've done some digging and found that some people with at least somewhat similar circumstances just did a clean reinstall of windows and it worked for them. Might as well give it try, just kinda wanted...

GPU Usage maxed at 99% (think thats the first time ive seen that). My frames on 1080p extreme were avg 63.81 for a score of 8531.

Load is spiking between 60s and 100 and the temp maxed at 53 C.

I haven't run Unigine Superposition before so ill give that a try.

It was a clean install.

It happens in other games too. Rust im not able to pass 80 fps.
