I recently went to what I thought was a trusted site to find a way to make my HDD the default download storage. It had me go into regedit and change some things like program files for my C: (ssd) to my E: (hdd). Long story short, my OS is messed up now. I can't open a lot of things as an error...

I just built my computer and i used an ssd to boot windows 7. When I go to computer in the settings, it only shows the ssd. Any ideas?
