My PC is on wireless network with 3 other PCs. I only experience ping issues with my router on this one specific PC which is my gaming computer. The ping spikes from 10-3200 every few seconds. I've tried reinstalling windows 7, replacing the networking card, and replacing the modem. Nothing...
