the problem with the R5 2600 is that it doesn't maintain 144fps on a full bf1 server even when overclocked, it hovers around 120fps, despite having a lower CPU usage.

I have a 7 Mbits down/0,8 Mbits up DSL internet with a stable ping of 20ms on speedtest.net, I play BF4 competitively and there are no issues at all. BF4 uses about 300 Kbits at max. the reason I don't get issues is that I live alone. So, that 9 Mbits DSL might not be enough for a whole family...
