    be warned if you own a samsung960evo its too tight a fit with the thicker pad on the memory chips, use the thin one on memory and on the back and the thick one on the Polaris controller chips. I squeezed mine so hard to get the clips on I had to RMA the evo, it blew it.

    Check your conections and then see if you can reinstall windows . Sounds like a dodgy harddrive . My sons used to lock up in format at 76 % then take hours to complete . Had to replace drive in the end as it cocked up about every 6 weeks .

    Try running it with the case open. You may need to get new fans and improve airflow , tidy cabling etc .As for heatsink/fan check out kuformula plus from sytrin (reveiw on Toms) excellent and fairly quiet .

    Try uping the voltage (cpu + ram) a bit .My opteron 146 runs at 2.8(10 x 280) with 3200 ram Cpu at 1.52v ram at 2.7v

    Try the new kuformula plus from sytrin , got good reveiws ( one on toms hardware) . Got one on my sons 6800s nice and quiet and overclocked each 15 mhz faster( one msi solid copper other arctic NV5)

    Try altering your ram divider in bios , my sons runs at 2.34 with PC2700 ram on a asrock dual 939 ( not the greatest motherboard ) Look in your motherboard manual .

    Restarting Problem Plz Help.....

    Have you checked your ram with memtest 86 , if you have more than 1 stick try them individually as mine hasd a sporadic crash and found 1 stick to be faulty so returned it .
