I have same card as your and i also expirence these annoying artifats, i also tried decreasing Core Clock but no success. the only thing that realy helps me is turning VSync ON in my games. it removes the squares artifacts, but the high lines still alive - anyway.. good luck

Artifacts show up when browsing the web and playing games. when I enable vSync some of the artifacts disapear after few minutes. Any solutions?

your current motherboard will work with the 750ti. What PSU do you have? and what CPU you have?

Easiest solution is when you turn off computer just turn off the power button (on the back if the computer) Otherwise you can just physically open your mouse and cut the LED cables.

Try to dismount CPU cooler, Clear all dust and then reapply thermal paste (you can find youtube videos about how to do it)

True, all data will remain including the windows itself, but if your HDD is pretty old i recommend to upgrade to a newer one.

I dont think so.. Unlocking the 2nd core will not help in your case. P.S for later you can search the web for any specific game system requerments (e.g google: Far Cry 4 System requierments)
