So i got a new laptop with a 1060 Max Q, an i5-7300HQ and 8gb of ddr4 2400 ram and it all runs great when plugged in but when i unplug it, my fps drops massively from 120 to 15, and i noticed that my ram is throttling from 4000MHz to 800MHz. (NOTE I'm using Benchmark Valley to test my GPU so I'm...
