But the background tasks (youtube facebook) when gaming on nvidia gpu? whats with them? intel or only nvidia

"You can use both integrated and dedicated graphics at the same time" thats what im asking, every time i minimize the game bottom right corner i see the intel hd control panel icon (which means the intel gpu turned on? am i right?), but the game runs on the nvidia one and there is chrome...

So, while gaming with the nvidia gpu, the intel hd one turns off, so could they somehow be on at the same time? intel one for chrome youtube facebook etc, and the nvidia one just for the game and nothing more
