Thanks alot but Im just wondering if it was true that. Ryzen cpus with an x like the Ryzen 1600x add an inqacurate 20°C to the temperature display?

I have a ryzen 5 1600x and it is idling at around 45°C. Is that normal? I have also heard that the x series of cpus by AMD add a 20°C. Just wondering if that is true to make sure my CPU is not overheating. By the way my I have just reaplied thermal compound (Arctic silver 5).
