Nevermind, I realized that i plugged my HDMI cable to my CPU instead of GPU. This is also what I did last time, but no one told me my problem so I ended up building a new computer.

Update: I downloaded the drivers. However, now absolutely nothing is working on my PC, except for chrome. Any app I try and run won't work, and it will give some kind of error. Yes I removed the heatsink and the fan. I applied thermal paste and I tried tightening the heatsink. My temperatures used to be at 60 while running chrome, now its at 30-40. I dont think its a problem with cpu though as how can that effect files not opening and slow computer.
