Yeah the higher end z170s have feature to update bios with a usb without having a skylake cpu.

I currently have amd ryzen 5 1600 with b350 tomahawk bios updated to the latest version. But i am having trouble with my corsair vengeance ddr4 16gb lpx 3200mhz ram not running at 3200mhz. What settings are you guys using? Can someone with this setup help me please?
