IMO just get any modern 650-750W Seasonic PSU, there is no real way to go wrong there. Corsair and EVGA would be close 2nd and 3rd places. Go for the one with the best warranty and functionality(e.g Modular/lighting...) Never cheap out on a PSU in regards to brand, make sure of your wattage...

Depends if the current board is a Z-Series, if not then a K skew is pretty pointless anyway. IMO the 7700 is still a very competent CPU and should be for a while and the current cost should be mush lower than a new board and chip.

That won`t fix any of the problems specifically, but it will help with the access issues when not on the domain. Log into the local admin account and check in computer management-users and groups-administrators and add the domain account as one of the admins on the device, this has to happen...

Does your domain account have local admin rights on the device?

I would not recommend that you upgrade at this point. That is still a very nice cpu and it will be for a while still. Maybe around 1 or 2 more intel cpu gen`s then I would say upgrading would make sense but at this stage no. I mean I am still running a 2nd gen 2500K and I only now feel I need...

I`d say get the 1070 or if you are able to scrape together a bit more get a 1080 once and have a very nice experience all round. But granted the 1070 will be a good driver for a long time and if you have the setup...

Technically yes but if the board does not support it then it`s not going to help either way, have you used both GOU`s in both PCi ports?
