Yep! Looks like the Elgato uses a PCI express x4 connection, which also will fit in an x8 or x16 slot. so you could put it in one of the three PCI express x16 slots the Mobo looks to have.

If your CPU usage is that high, and considering it's an entry-level dual core, it definitely sounds/looks like you've got a CPU bottleneck. I agree with Elbert, a quad-core will definitely get you better performance.

If you don't plan on overclocking, you should look into the non-k versions (i7 8700, i5 8600). That'll save you some green and the only difference besides the k versions being overlcockable is a tiny 100mhz (I think) difference in clock speed, which won't do much for games. I have an 8700 with...
