    Downgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 7, having graphics issues.

    SOLVED! You are in fact able to download the graphics drivers. I had to sift through a few sites before finding ones that actually worked, but they are at this site (Just scroll down to the direct link for the ones for the version of Windows that you have)...
