Thanks guys, gonna get a 70mm fan to blow down on the VRM heatsink.

Just ran prime95 for 5mins while waving a big sheet of cardboard at the VRM. No clock throttling, even though the CPU got to 80C.

Seems the VRM Protection is causing the problem.

Still need help with this.

Yep, sounds like you damaged/bricked the graphics card. If you've had it for less than a year as you say, then try to have it repaired/replaced by the manufacturer through the warranty. By the way, "didnt even touch the voltage settings well just by one point" means you did touch the voltage...
