About 2-4 FPS. Unless of course you want to overclock. Then you'll want the i5 4690K, but the 4690K is different then the 4690. I'd go with the 4430 between the two.
I just re-installed windows 7 and now I can't use 2 of my three drives. They show up in device manager, but when I got to partition or format them they won't show up.

Go install RealTemp. Run it then go play a game. Post back here the max GPU temps. It might be overheating. That or its getting bottle necked by that CPU.
