So there’s no way I can update the BIOS via USB, I have to either contact AMD to get the boot kit or just sell this motherboard and buy a B450?

Can I buy an old cheap Dell OptiPlex 990 on eBay and just slap a GeForce GTX 1050 or something equivalent into it and say I have an Entry-Level gaming PC, or should I start from scratch and build my own PC
