Question Is my GPU mhz safe ?

hello everyone im worried that my laptop's gpu is overclocking by itself , is this normal ? i have an msi gaming laptop with an Nvidia GTX 1650 Max-Q , it gets to 1740 mhz somethimes , but it does not overheat. thanks for the help
