I fixed it It turns out that Malwarebytes was for some reason restricting my internet from working. I restarted Malwarebytes and my internet started working again.

I ordered one of these since I'm going to use it to OC my G3258 to 4 GHz. After I ordered it, I realized I have a spare fan from a previous build. If I were to use another fan in my case, how would I arrange that?

I could be wrong, but wouldn't that GTX 980 bottleneck? I mean the Q6600 is a relatively old processor, and that card is pretty new. Also, my current job is seasonal, and the season just ended (I mow for a company). I'm 16, so I don't have many options.

My motherboard is from an old Acer machine, the motherboard was designed in about 2006 or 2007.

I have a Pentium E6700 and I wanted a Q6600 for games that require multiple cores. But I heard they were similar, and was wondering which one will give me more performance overall.

I guess I could put an aftermarket cooler to overclock. Which cooler would you suggest? I've tried to put in a hyper 212 evo, but it was insanely complicated for me to put in for some reason, so I had to sell it to a friend of mine because I couldn't put it in.
