(Update 1) Now my RX 580 working again but I got a new problem. I can't enter bios, it seems my MSI H310M bios got screwed after I am updating my driver at that time. but well I guess this is the best scenario that can happen. Thank you all. Case closed.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention. the hardware suddenly "died" after I am installing the AMD driver and restarted the PC. don't have a clue what happened here.
