I have a newly built PC, on prssing power key ,lights and fans starts running then it gets off, and then again it tries to start and gets off and then on third attempt it starts up automatically. it's happening every time i boot it up. my specs: core i3 8th gen 16 gigs ddr4 corsair gtx 1060...
