Only thing he uses a computer for is doing taxes, things like Microsoft Office and what not. Putting it in my old PC I took my gaming GPU out of. Just a cheap and easy GPU any suggestions?

Title ask it all. ^ RX 480 and i5 6600k. I have it in the NZXT s340 case with a Cooler Master 240 AIO liquid cooler. I'd likely only use the computer to play World of Warcraft, and smaller steam games. I'd like it to at least be able to handle WoW at a constant 60 fps in new areas.
