Which laptop is future proof?

I want to know which laptop is future proof till 2019.I will use the suggested laptop mainly for gaming. Games I will be playing are: Gta5,assasins's creed 4,FIFA 15,counter strike etc. My budget is 65000rs.

The laptop Dell inspiron 15r 5537 is good but the Dell laptop has 3 battery backup while the Lenovo laptop has 5hr battery backup.so do you know a good laptop battery that lasts 5-6hr.

I have another question.my cabinet comes with 1 cooling fan installed and I am going to buy an additional fan also so is two fans okay or should I buy another.I live in India but in my room I have an A.C .so should I buy another cooler.
