I've been doing research and put this build together and i like the price range for the power, i also like that i can possibly upgrade to the 3000 ryzen series once that comes out. But i need to check before i start ordering parts to see if i can make any more improvements...

I got a kb and mouse, monitor i could use a recommendation on, and yea i understand you cant get 4k with 144hz, i just meant maybe 4k but ill 1080p most of the time

I need a system within 1800 dollars, i want to do 1080p maybe 4k 144 htz gaming with vr. It doesnt matter intel or ryzen as long as it fits the bill.
