I just noticed my GPU's power% goes from 99% and drops down to 10% randomly during gaming. Anybody know why it might be doing this? UPDATE: I found out why the power% is dropping, it's when I press select to go into the map/inventory/neuromods area

I thought it was a drive issue, but it can't be because i have games on a SSD and a WD Black HD and games on both drives have frame rate issues. Could it be the PSU? it is EVGA 1300w Gold so obviously I have enough power but maybe it's going bad?

Is it possible one of the cores on my CPU died or is about too? I did have all of my hardware checked and stressed but am wondering if he missed something.

BTW the stuttering and fps drop happens about every 15 minutes sometimes 30 minutes. So it's not every 5 seconds like i have seen with other people's.

I set the refresh rate to 60hz and the games are still stuttering. I went to test my refresh rate online and it passed. Any other suggestions?
