Alienware Autopsy: Dissecting the Area-51m Gaming Laptop

Reminds me of day when I had my XPS M1730 and switched the video card from the GTX 8800 SLI to the GTX 9800 SLI.

Samsung's 970 Series SSDs Are Now Shipping With Across The Board Price Cuts

Well is was nice that they dropped the price a bit since they are feeling competition, now only if they would fix some of the other issues. Since they updated NVMe driver days ago I've run into a download limit exceeded on the Samsung site saying try again in 24 hours, what kind of crap is that.

Corsair H150i Pro CPU Cooler Review

Would be interesting to see if a push pull configuration would give some lower temp ranges and by how much. I also wonder if the stock fans are hindering lower temps but like Thrakazog said I also seen reviews that showed it fairing better against other AIO coolers.

Asus Opens Pre-Orders On Five X299 Motherboards

I would have loved to pick up a new ROG Rampage VI Extreme but I'd have to say I'm very disappointed with Intel in shifting the PCIe lanes and charging more in order to get higher lanes.

    Intel Fires Back, Announces X-Series 18-core Core-i9 Skylake-X, Kaby Lake-X i7, i5, X299 Basin Falls

I agree with many others that Intel really screwed up with the shift in lowering the PCIe lanes when the older versions had more. The structure of these CPUs leaves a door open for AMD to come in and shift buyers away from Intel.

Blizzard Announces 'StarCraft: Remastered,' Coming This Summer

Hey lets not listen to the fans for what they want. If Blizzard wants to do remastered, then they should have done a proper version for Diablo for its anniversary rather than what they did for it in Diablo 3.

Blizzard Reveals Plans For 'Diablo' 20-Year Anniversary

I've played The Darkening of Tristram and it more hype the way Blizzard talks about it. It was not what I expected and when I played it I couldn't wait to finish it since it was a bad way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Diablo. I thought it was poorly done and it felt like another boring...

'MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries' Announced At Annual MechCon Event

Not to be a Battetech nerd but if it's 150 years into the Third Succession War that would be 3016 which would make the Shadow Hawk 466 years old since it first went into production and it's 8 years before the Raven went into production. I guess since it's a Pre-Alpha just for the sake of an...

APC Issues Statement In Response To Our Power Strip Teardown

Nice to see APC respond with a letter which addressed everything clean and clearly. I am also a user of their product and only had to contact them on one small issue, they sent out a replacement but the only issues was the item was out of stock at the time but they kept me up to date every week...
