good point, it's a Lian Li GALAHAD AIO 360 ARGB . 9700k has a corsair water cooler but I don't quite remember the exact name of it. (it has 2fans) the temperature of 5800x is about 80~85C, 9700k is a bit cooler at 75~80C

I have 2 PC's, one is using ryzen 5800x and the other i7 9700k. Otherwise the specs are very similar. (GPU both 2080ti and RAM, storage, motherboard are similar tiers) I have a python code that runs at a speed of about 1100 loops per minute on my ryzen 5800x, when the code is running alone...

What causes that is the voltage, right? So if I go 4.7Ghz at 1.3v will this be considered okay? If this matters - my cpu was fairly stable at 4.5Ghz at 1.275v (20 max intel burn tests, temp mid 70s)

I have a i7 6700k at 5.0ghz / 1.4v. Obviously it's not stable but for what I do on this PC (playing CSGO, browsing, editing documents) I don't think it's going to get a BSoD. I've played 3 games of counterstrike and haven't got one yet. Temp goes to mid 60s while playing. Can I leave it this...
