Thanks guys, I went and manually adjusted my fan profiles to be less aggressive around the temp range it was jumping and it has calmed down. Appreciate the insight as to why as well. Thanks again.

I'm having the same issues with my Ryzen 3600. OC @ 4Ghz and 1.35V. Right from start up, idle or load. Its bouncing 10 degrees every 10 seconds and revving the fans.

I have everything up to date for both. Oddly last night I played for 2 hours and everything went away. I just reduced the detail levels on shadows and some flight trails? No issues for over 3 hours.
