You said you 'factory reset' win10 when you upgraded the GPU? If so you need to do a full clean install of win10, after a motherboard upgrade, you could have numerous driver issues.

If your temps were 62 at idle i'd be inclined to think its overheating and shutting off to save from damage, case fans might not be enough get a new cooler too, at 9 years old things will probably be degrading by now.

What PSU do you have and how old is it? Are you on Win10? What were your temps?

When you upgraded your GPU did use DDU to uninstall the graphics drivers and do a fresh install of Nvidia's drivers?

Check the little things as well, update all drivers (mobo chipset, GPU, etc), check power is on performance, turn off all background processes that aren't needed and do a benchmark or two.

Turn your settings up. The lower your settings the less you utilise the GPU.
