Problem solved, got a new psu with 49 amps on the 12v rail and all seems well. Thank You for the suggestions.

I had a xion 700 in there till a couple days ago....These power kernel reboots, happen only when gaming. It too had 21a on the 12v1 and 22 on the 12v2. Which you say is plenty of power. Last thing to swap is motherboard.

My graphics card calls for 24amps. But the power supply I have has 23 amps on the 12v1 and 20 amps on the 12v2. I have been getting power kernel reboots when gaming, no errors are left in events. Is the 12v1 line the motherboard 4/8 pin atx? And if so would it be wrong to switch the ends...
