My CPU temp stays at 32 idle, and IXT says I have no throttling

At the moment, I am using an intel CPU with an Nvidia GPU. Im considering building a new PC, but switching over to AMD and I would like to continue to use my current Nvidia GPU, which leads me to my main question. Is it possible to use an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 with an AMD CPU?
