Try to test without GPU, and with only one stick of RAM on motherboard. Are you 100% sure all your connectors are tight and good?

So it's like to get out of freeze you need to restart the system or you actually can do something? Did you checked/updated your drivers? I would recommend to test your main components with - Prime95 (CPU and PSU), Pass Mark (GPU). Try to post the results here.

Well it look like burn mark. Either way, it's strange, but I would put my money that PSU is faulty and it fried your RAM and MOBO. After checking it with multimeter, you should know it by 100%

Did you check your CPU and GPU temperature? Are you running Roblox on highest performance settings?

I am using Corsair CO-9050071-WW LL120 120 mm cooler fans, one in the top one in the bottom, and they are working pretty quiet and good in my ATX case. BeQuiet are also good choice.

Hi, just to tell you, I cannot see anything on MOBO, because cables are ruining the sight - on RAM, I don't see any burn marks, can you spot them on? Once again, the easiest way to determine your PSU is not dead, you need to have multimeter. It's very cheap those days.

Did you clean reinstall windows or did you keep you settings? I had to ask. Typically there is 2 options when reinstalling system, one is keeping your personal settings. files etc. Second one wipes your entire disk and perform clean install. Which one did you use? View...

If you can, try to make some pictures of MOBO and RAM stick, so I can determine how much damage it's done to them :)

Check also if there is no mark on MOBO... can you at least post pictures of hardware?

You can test PSU with multimeter if you have... either way is no telling to this. MOBO should be at least posting with CPU and have some error beeps if you have a speaker... if there is no beeps, that could mean MOBO is dead.
