    Cpu and heatsink/fan detached.

While assessing my board for upgrade capabilities. I took off my sink/fan to see if my cpu was soldered on. (Prebuilt proprietary mother board) Thus detaching the thermal paste. I reassembled everything. There was paste still on the gpu and the sink. Is it safe to still run the rig?

Alright so I reduced my settings to a meager 2.o overclock. With same fan settings. Very nice temps. However once I load up pubg watchman changes the temp and fan settings. Even after disabling the pubg seperate profiles in wattman.

I should add that once fan hits 5krpms and stays there I get the leafblower. Holding steady at 78* So at 78* and 5k rpms fan is this viable for an hour or 2 of gaming a day? I'll have more loot for upgrades in a few months. And again this is valley on max settings.
