I would go with the one with the shorter response time, the asus, but some people don't like the smaller screen. If the smaller screen is a problem to you. 4ms is pretty good too. Probably wont notice much of a difference.

It would help to see the rest of your build to see if you are getting the most out of your visuals.

My computer has been freezing a lot over the past few years. It is more annoying than a huge issue. It happens almost exclusively when I am downloading something. I have switched out the GPU and the problem still persist. I have done a burnintest and a heavyload test. Computer did not fail...
