Hi there, my just built pc wont display hdmi or usb and reboots very 15 seconds. I tried stripping the motherboard to its bare bones (just cpu +cooler on it) and it still would do it. Adding components the problem persisted. Tried ram on each slot and no ram. Tried reapplying the cooler a bit...
