I would at least go DDR3 1600, but other than that looks good. Maybe throw in a 64 gig SSD and use the SRT function of the Z68? Edit: Maybe step down to the 2600K, -$50 16 gigs is overkill if your just planning on gaming, plus if you do need to upgrade later, ram is dirt cheap...
