I actually ran msi afterburner to check wat gpu was being used and I can choose between both gpus freely. If I chose the dgpu , the igpu sits at 400mhz idling and vice versa. I haven't heard of this thing before and that's why I asked here whether it was safe to do so.

I'm sorry my native language isn't English , what I meant is the monitor is connected to the motherboard vga port and there's only one monitor.

So a friend of mine has this weird setup he did , he uses vga port connected to the monitor and at the same time hes able to use the dedicated gpu to run gpu on the monitor. Is it safe to keep running this setup? it works pretty fine and i do not know if it has any performance hit. SPEC: Ryzen...
