Switched the Motherboard and everything seems to be running fine, for now at least. Still, here's the Hardware Monitor report after some usage, in case someone finds something I've overlooked. Like possilbe problems with the volatage Eximo mentioned or such Open Hardware Monitor Report...

Checking temperatures was one of the first things I've done, neither reached 100. CPU was at most at 90, GPU at 80, usually lower. The fans were running high, but seemed to be handling everything. As for voltage, I haven't noticed any issues, but then again, I haven't really looked for them...

Yes, that's what I'm probably going with. Like I said, I just hope for some confirmation from people who know more than me

If it was just the sound, I wouldn't panic and probably get a seperate one. But given all the warning lights on the board and the smell, I'm guessing it's not just the sound.
