    is is worth upgrading ??

You may want to consider an SSD. That will make it feel much faster. If you do that and it still isn't satisfactory, you aren't out anything because you can just re-use it in your next PC or your laptop. There have been a bunch of good deals recently.

$2000 budget for pre built gaming pc

Yeah, you can do any and all of that. My PC is connected to both my TV and a monitor. Some games I play on my TV with Steam Big Picture mode and some I play on my monitor. With a powerful PC like you are getting, your options are really only limited by how much money you want to spend on it.

$2000 budget for pre built gaming pc

That Origin PC seems really expensive for what you're getting. I can't really comment on the quality of CyberPower PC, but for the price of an X99 system (5820K and DDR4), you could go with the 4790K and dual 970s, which will give you a lot more gaming performance.

My first build pc wont post. I don't know what's the problem.

Honestly, your XFX is a great PSU. I think you just got unlucky. If you can just get it replaced, it should serve you well. If you still want to get something else, check out this thread and get something in tier 1 or 2...

My first build pc wont post. I don't know what's the problem.

I have a Thermaltake Dr. Power II Automated Power Supply Tester and it works pretty well, definitely recommend it. It's a huge help in cases like this where you don't know whether it's a bad PSU or a bad MB. However, you can also test the PSU manually. You mentioned using a voltmeter. Did...

$2000 budget for pre built gaming pc

You could try maingear.com, I've heard good things about them. originpc.com is a good place, also, but they're pretty expensive.

My first build pc wont post. I don't know what's the problem.

When you say it won't post, what exactly happens? Do your PSU/CPU/case fans turn on? Are there any beeps? Do you get any video, or does your monitor just stay off?

Building my first computer, doesnt work.

Another possible option would be to pick up something like a used G1820 CPU from eBay. Or basically the cheapest Socket 1150 CPU you can find. That will work in your MB and would allow you to upgrade the BIOS. Then, just put it back up on eBay. It may not be a super quick process or free...

Do I need a new cooler for overclocking the i5 3570K?

First result on Google for Ivy Bridge overclocking guide: http://www.overclock.net/t/1247413/ivy-bridge-overclocking-guide-with-ln2-guide-at-the-end But, there were tons of other ones listed, even ones specific to motherboard brand.

Opinions on build before purchase.(Cheap Gaming Build)

With that tight of a budget, I would look for a slightly cheaper case, maybe Corsair 200R. Then, I would drop down to something like an XFX 550W PSU. With the savings, you may be able to jump up to a R9 280 GPU.

Is the Athlon X4 860k a good gaming CPU?

It looks like that case includes internal 2.5" bays, so you shouldn't need any brackets and the MB should come with a SATA cable. With an i3, you don't need an aftermarket CPU cooler, the stock will work just fine. Also, you don't need that many case fans. Using the 30-45 bucks from the fans...
